SingleCare, formerly FamilyWize, is a prescription discount card available to everyone in our community, regardless of whether or not someone has health insurance.

This card is accepted at major pharmacies in Olmsted County:

• CVS at Target

• Walmart

• Costco

How it Works: 

1. Get your free card – available three different ways: Pick up a card at United Way of Olmsted County offices, you can click here to print your card, or you can download the SingleCare app on your smartphone by clicking here.
2. Show your pharmacist the SingleCare card every time you fill a prescription.
3. Get the lowest price possible – from SingleCare, from the pharmacy, or from your insurance.

SingleCare also provides a free Drug Price Lookup Tool, available on the app and on singlecare.com – use it to search local pharmacies for the lowest SingleCare price on your prescription! Most individuals receive nearly 80% off by using the SingleCare discount card.
